📌 Loc Appointment Policy

 

⏰ Late Policy

There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments.

After 10 minutes, a $25 late fee will be charged, and your appointment must be rescheduled.

 

🔁 Rescheduling Policy

Your deposit covers your initial appointment, and one reschedule only.

After one reschedule, your deposit is non-refundable, and you must book a new appointment through the website.

 

❌ Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty.

Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit.

 

🚫 No-Show Policy

No-shows will not receive a deposit refund.

A new deposit is required to book another appointment.
